What it is and what drives the price
Wall stabilization stops a bowing basement wall from moving further. Carbon-fiber straps are bonded to the wall for small deflections; steel I-beam braces or exterior wall anchors handle larger ones and can pull a wall back over time.
The number of straps or braces is set by the wall length and the deflection an engineer measures. Get that measurement independently; it is the scope every bid should share.

This is lateral pressure from wet, expansive or frozen soil. Reducing the water at the wall (drainage, grading) lowers the pressure and belongs in any lasting fix.
How much basement wall bowing is acceptable?
